Your profile controls how you appear to trip companions and helps dani.go personalize your experience.
Profile Information¶
Avatar¶
- Upload a photo from your device
- Choose a preset from the avatar gallery
- Your avatar appears on shared trips alongside your name
Name¶
- First Name and Last Name
- Displayed to trip companions and on shared trip member lists
Email¶
- Your account email is shown for reference
- To change your email, contact support
Home Location¶
Your home location helps dani.go:
- Suggest departures from your nearest airports
- Exclude your home city from trip destination displays
- Show relevant timezone information
Setting Your Home Location¶
- Country — Select from the full country list
- State/Region — Shown for countries with administrative divisions (US, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- City — Your home city
How home location works
If your home city is Los Angeles and you create a trip with a flight from LAX to Tokyo, the trip card shows "Tokyo" as the destination — not "Los Angeles, Tokyo". Your home city is automatically recognized and excluded.
Address¶
You can optionally save your address for convenience:
- Address line — Street address
- City — City name
- State — State or region
- Country — Country
Price Preference¶
Set your typical travel budget to influence search results:

This preference influences AI recommendations for hotels, restaurants, and activities. You can always ask for a different price range in any specific search.
