Only Owners Need Premium¶
An important detail: only the trip owner (creator) needs Premium. When you invite companions to your trip:
- Companions join and participate for free
- They can view the itinerary, chat, vote, and react — all without their own subscription
- The Premium subscription only applies to the person who creates and shares the trip

If you're the designated trip planner in your friend group, one Premium subscription is all you need to share trips with everyone.
How to Subscribe¶
iOS, Android, macOS¶
- Tap Upgrade on the home screen or in settings
- Choose Monthly or Annual
- Review the plan details
- Confirm with App Store (iOS/macOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Your Premium access activates immediately
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via your platform's app store.
Web, Windows¶

Managing Your Subscription¶
Cancel Anytime¶
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS/macOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → dani.go → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → dani.go → Cancel
- Web/Windows: Through your account settings
After canceling, you'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Free Trial¶
Your 10-day free trial starts when you first subscribe. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
FAQ¶
Q: What happens to shared trips if I cancel Premium?
Existing shared trips remain accessible to all members, but you won't be able to create new shared trips or invite additional companions.
Q: Can companions add events to shared trips?
Yes! Companions with the "Companion" role can add, edit, and remove events. Only "Viewer" role members are restricted to read-only access.
Q: Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Refund policies are managed by your platform's app store (Apple, Google Play) or Stripe for web purchases. Contact the respective platform for refund requests.
