The AI searches the accommodation database and shows matching hotels as interactive cards with photos, ratings, and key details.

Tap a hotel to choose it. You can also ask for more details before selecting.

Set Dates

The AI confirms check-in and check-out dates. It auto-suggests dates based on your existing timeline.

Confirm

Review the summary and confirm. The hotel appears on your timeline with check-in/check-out markers.

What Appears on Your Timeline¶

A hotel event shows:

Hotel name and photo carousel
Check-in date and time — Default 3:00 PM if not specified
Check-out date and time — Default 11:00 AM if not specified
Address — With a map link
Rating — Star rating and review count
Phone and website — Tap to call or visit
Business hours — If available

Smart Date Suggestions¶

The AI is smart about hotel dates:

If you have a flight arriving March 15, it suggests check-in on March 15
If you have a flight departing March 20, it suggests check-out on March 20
You can always override suggested dates

AI: Based on your itinerary, you arrive in Tokyo on March 15 and leave on March 20. I'll search for hotels with check-in on March 15 and check-out on March 20 (5 nights).

Hotel Brand Search¶

Looking for a specific hotel chain? Just mention the brand name:

"Find a Hilton in Singapore"

"Any Marriott properties near the conference center?"

"I prefer IHG hotels — what's available?"

The AI filters results to match your preferred brand.

Tips¶

Let the AI suggest dates

If you've already added flights to your trip, the AI can automatically calculate your hotel stay duration. Just say "find me a hotel in Tokyo" and it will figure out the dates.

Compare options

After seeing results, ask "show me more options" or "anything with better ratings?" to see alternatives.
