Stash & Bookmarks¶
The Stash is your personal collection of saved places — restaurants, hotels, attractions, and transportation options you want to remember while planning your trip. Think of it as a bookmark list for travel.
Saving to Stash¶
From Search Results¶
When the AI shows search results, each result has a bookmark icon . Tap it to save the place to your Stash.
Bookmark States¶
The bookmark button has three states:

Blue bookmarks
Once a place has been added to your timeline, its bookmark turns blue and can't be toggled. This prevents accidentally removing a stashed place that's already part of your trip.
Viewing Your Stash¶
Open the Stash drawer from the trip details screen. Your saved places are displayed as cards showing:
- Place name and photo
- Place type (Restaurant, Hotel, Landmark, etc.)
- Location/city
- Ratings when available
Filtering¶
Filter your Stash by place type to quickly find what you're looking for:
- All — Show everything
- Restaurants — Saved dining options
- Hotels — Saved accommodations
- Attractions — Activities and sightseeing
- Landmarks & Museums
- Entertainment
- Nature & Outdoors
- Shopping & Lifestyle
- Transportation — Saved stations and terminals
In Trip Toggle¶
The Stash has two views:
- Unused (default) — Shows only places that are NOT yet on your timeline
- In Trip — Shows places that have already been added to your timeline
A badge counter on the Stash icon shows how many unused items you have saved, so you always know how many places you haven't added yet.
Adding Stashed Places to Your Timeline¶
There are two ways to add a stashed place to your trip:
Via AI Chat¶
Ask the AI to add a stashed place:
"Add the ramen restaurant I saved earlier"
The AI will find it in your Stash and create the event.
Drag and Drop¶
For transportation items (trains, ferries, etc.), tapping a stashed item shows a departure/arrival dialog where you can set times. The system automatically calculates travel duration based on the transport type:

Stash Persistence¶
- Stash items are kept even after you add them to your timeline — they're just moved to the "In Trip" view
- Removing an event from your timeline moves the stashed item back to the "Unused" view
- Your Stash is saved to the cloud and syncs across all your devices
